SHIPPING

We know you are eager to get your hands on your goodies, that is why we aim to get all orders out within 3 working days (unless stated otherwise).

All items are sent registered via Australia Post from Hervey Bay, QLD, tracking numbers will be uploaded to your order and an email sent with these details once the parcel has been lodged. 

Regardless of how big or bulky your order is, We charge a flat rate of $10 for postage or $13 for express. 

Free local drop off in the Hervey Bay (4655) region is available, please note the available times and dates for drop off are limited, if you have any questions regarding what dates/times may be available, please send an email before placing an order. 

Please note If you select this option, you will need to ensure the correct address for Drop off is entered in the shipping field. If you enter an address outside of the 4655 postcode your order will be held in our warehouse until payment for shipping can be arranged - There will be no refunds on items waiting for shipping payment to be processed. If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse and are outside the 4655 postcode please send us through an email or reach out via social media and we can arrange to have your parcel held until you can collect.

RETURNS

Boo and Drew does not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Boo & Drew aims to bring the highest quality of products to our customers, We individually inspect each and every item before it is posted to you.

If an item does arrive faulty please contact hello@booanddrew.com within 5 days of receiving item and include as much information as possible on the fault.
